Mr Bryant is an internationally known collaborative pianist who in this rare solo appearance will play Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata and Lizst’s Dante Sonata. Guest appearance of summer 2014 stars, the Phillips Quartet. Proceeds benefit the Manitou Chamber Music Festival. Hors d’ oeuvres & cash bar. Silent, live & online auctions. Tickets $20 on website & Facebook. Sponsored by Wells Fargo Advisors. The Manitou Chamber Music Festival and String Quartet Program is a unique environment for the study and performance of great works of classical chamber music. The goal is to teach young musicians how to interpret music at the highest artistic level, to show by example what is possible for them to do, and to present them in public concerts both in their own work and in partnership with their mentors. Manitou Springs was chosen as a home for the festival to complement the town’s thriving visual arts community.
